What is your Coaching Program?
Our Tax Deed real estate investing coaching program is 1 on 1 phone or web mentoring. You
will receive coaching from authors of this actual book (Matt
or Laurence), not an employee of our company. This really is
an amazing opportunity to pick the brains of an experienced
real estate investor for very little money. This type of
training is priceless as many other real estate investors

How is the Coaching conducted?
Firstly an appointment time is scheduled via email. Most
coaching is done by phone. Some of our clients prefer to see
us face to face so we conduct training via a Webcam using
Skype. The choice is yours.
What can I use the Coaching time for?
Anything you want. You can use it immediately or save your
60 minutes until you really need us. For example, say you
find a Tax Deed property (or any other real estate deal) and
you are not sure how to proceed, just make use of your
coaching time and we will guide you in the right direction. We
will answer any real estate related questions and any Tax
Deed questions.
Can I purchase additional Coaching
time?
Absolutely. Subject to availability we offer coaching from
Mon until Sat 9am to 5pm EST. Just email
info@taxdeedbook.com to schedule an appointment.
So how much does this service cost?
We are available M-S, 9am to 5pm EST for coaching sessions
for a fee of only $299 for the 1st hour and $100 per
half hour after that. For this small fee, you can pick our brains with all of your real estate
related questions.
Why do you offer private coaching at
such a low cost?
When we started real estate investing, we were desperate for
some helpful advice but had no one to turn to. We couldn't
afford to pay thousands of dollars for private coaching and
real estate investing seminars. We wanted a personal coach
but no one would give us the time of day because they were
afraid of giving away their secrets. We offer coaching to
help others so they will not be in the same position as we
were many years ago. We don't believe in keeping secrets
because in life you get back what you put in.

will be able to answer my questions, what should I do?

How do I pay for coaching?
